Refocusing My Attention

Written by Father Bill 4 Comments

Part of the reason there’s been cobwebs around here is this — I’ve had my attention focused elsewhere.  And, one of those other foci of attention has recently spawned a blog, one devoted to the needs and interests of my parish, St. Athanasius Anglican Church.

So, I’m posting here, to alert any remaining people who check in that they may look for things I post by checking that website, which happens to be a different WordPress blog.  The advantage, if there is one, is this:  at that site (see the blogroll for the link) you’ll find me commenting on things other than gender issues, as well as to the occasional gender-issue-related posts.

Additionally, there is a page at the other site where sermon audio is archived, as it is generated.

Thanks for the update. I hope all is well.

Yes, Ryan, all is well here. Busy, like batting mosquitos who’ve watched too many kamikazi movies, but that’s just fine too.

By the way, I’ve moved a link to your blog from the blogroll on this site to the blogroll at the St. A site.

Fr. Bill, so do I understand, then, that this site will stay inactive, and we should watch your church site for any gender topics?

    Thanks.

It’s not inactive, in the sense that I will not post to it any longer. But, as I’ve been diverted by some other, pressing ministry items (the church work among them), I knew that my posting here would remain sparse for the near term (the remainder of the year).

What’s happening already is that I have posts at the church blog that could also be cross posted here, which I think I will do once I figure out how to do it.

Otherwise, I will be posting here. Conceivably even in the near future.

I think if you use the RSS feed, you’ll not have to manually check in to see now posts.
